Terms and Conditions of Service

By accessing and using the Werop Studio website (weropstudio.com), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Werop Studio offers services in: • Production and post-production of audiovisual content • Visual effects (VFX) and 3D animation • Social media content and digital marketing • Web development and digital solutions Specific services, scope, deliverables, and costs are agreed upon through individual quotes and specific contracts for each project.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified • Budgets are estimates and may vary based on changes in project scope • Prices do not include taxes unless specified • A 50% deposit is required to start any project • The remaining balance is paid upon final delivery

• Client must provide all necessary information and materials in a timely manner • Up to 2 revision rounds are included in each project, unless otherwise agreed • Additional revisions will incur extra costs • Delivery times begin once all materials and deposit are received • Client delays may extend delivery times

• Rights to final deliverables transfer to client upon full payment completion • Werop Studio reserves the right to use work in its portfolio and promotional materials • Client guarantees having necessary rights to provided materials • Werop Studio is not responsible for copyright infringement from client materials • Source code and working files may incur additional costs

• Deposit paid is non-refundable once project has started • Client may cancel project at any time • In case of cancellation, work completed up to that point will be charged • Werop Studio reserves the right to cancel projects with full refund if unable to meet requirements

Werop Studio commits to maintaining confidentiality of: • Sensitive business information • Unpublished client materials • Project details before public launch This confidentiality does not apply to public information or what we must disclose by law.

• We guarantee professional, high-quality work • We do not guarantee specific marketing or sales results • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service • We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits or data • Technical error corrections at no cost within 30 days of delivery

Prohibited actions: • Using the site for illegal purposes • Attempting to access restricted areas of the site • Transmitting viruses or malicious code • Collecting information from other users • Making unauthorized commercial use of site content

Werop Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after posting on the website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
